Ten Tired Tomatoes

Ten Tired Tomatoes sleeping on a plate
Two woke up and left and then there were eight
Eight juicy tomatoes performing circus tricks
Two fell off the high wire and then there were six
Six strange tomatoes dancing around an apple core
Two fell over and then there were four
Four furry tomatoes, far too mouldy to chew
Two were thrown in the bin
And then there were two
Two terrified tomatoes, knowing its there turn now,
Squish squish squish!
Ow, ow, ow!
And that was the end of the
Ten tired tomatoes…….
